Nick began his career in public accounting, spending nearly a decade in middle-market CPA firms in Houston. There, he focused on providing audit, compliance, I.T., and financial consulting services for middle-market businesses across the real estate, energy, services, commercial, and industrial sectors. In 2017, he took a CFO position at an early-stage venture focused on liquefied natural gas exportation.
He began his real estate career by buying and renovating single-family homes for rent, eventually transitioning to multifamily. He has experience as both a limited and general partner in multifamily and has raised $100+ million of capital for various business ventures.
He holds an MS and BBA in Accounting from Sam Houston State University. He has numerous certifications and professional licenses including the certified public accountant, certified global management accountant, and certified information technology professional.
Chris began his career in the oil & gas industry in Houston, initially in upstream working for a pipe distributor. Career moves led him to Baker Hughes and Draeger, downstream Fortune 50 operators. There, he focused on driving operational efficiency and profitability, including multi-year projects valued at over $250 million.
He began his real estate career in 2013, interning for the largest office space owner and operator in San Antonio. He assisted in acquisitions, development, and operations over a multitude of transactions. His entry into multifamily began in 2020 with an investment in a multi-million dollar property in Texas.
He holds a BS from Texas A&M University and is a member of the Houston Region Business Coalition.
Anil brings nearly two decades of experience in the financial services sector to Three. Presently, in addition to his work with Three, he serves as the Houston managing partner for Bristol Group Business Brokers and M&A Advisors, where he provides buy/sell transaction advisory to small and middle market companies. Anil also provides pre - exit readiness consulting services to companies who want to develop and implement a thoughtful, value-enhancing strategy prior to an exit. Anil transitioned into his present roles after nearly two decades of financial services experience, primarily in corporate lending roles for some of the largest financial institutions in the world (HSBC, Citi, JPMorgan Chase, and PNC). In these roles, he served as a key advisor to business owners and delivered a variety of financing, treasury, and risk management solutions.
Anil holds an MBA from Texas A&M University and a BBA from The University of St. Thomas. He is a licensed commercial real estate broker with eXp Commercial, and started his real estate journey both as a practitioner and investor. Anil is a proud Houstonian, born, raised, and educated in the area and has spent virtually all of his career in the city developing trusted relationships with business owners, investors, CPAs, attorneys, bankers, and financial executives.
Daniel began his career in corporate banking, spending nearly a decade at BOK Financial in Houston. There, he focused on providing financing and treasury solutions for middle market businesses in E&P, energy service, commercial, and industrial sectors. In 2018, he took a CFO position at an early-stage venture focused on energy midstream, chemical storage, and logistics. Subsequently, in 2022, he co-founded Three, a commercial real estate investment firm. He is also the CFO of The WorkFaith Connection, a Houston-based nonprofit that provides faith-based training and coaching for anyone who desires long-term employment. A serial entrepreneur, Daniel has founded several businesses in the real estate, energy, and investment industries.
He holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, completing concentrations in finance and entrepreneurship. Daniel also has a BBA in Energy Management from The University of Oklahoma Price School of Business and a BS in Geography from Texas A&M University. While at Chicago Booth, he spent a full term abroad at The London School of Economics. He also completed the Public Leadership Credential at Harvard Kennedy School. Daniel is a licensed real estate agent in Texas. He is an Eagle Scout and a Boston Marathoner. Daniel is an active member of Grace Bible Church and enjoys spending his free time hiking, playing pickleball, and reading.
